Speaker: Danielle Resnick, Senior Research Fellow, International Food Policy Research Institute
This lecture will focus on the politics and governance of transforming food systems for healthier and more sustainable outcomes, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. In doing so, the lecture will discuss who are key stakeholders–at global, national, and local scales–for improved food system governance and examine how their differing sets of interests, beliefs, and power differentials impact the viability of possible policy interventions.
