Mental Carbon: The Toll of Climate Change on Our Sanity – And What We Can Do

Speaker:  Jeremy Hance, Journalist

Our world is changing. Last year was likely the hottest on record in at least 100,000 years. This isn’t just affecting our physical planet, but our mental health as well. Researchers have linked climate change to a number of psychological impacts, including stress, anxiety, depression, and grief. On the one hand, this is wholly understandable, on the other it can be profoundly debilitating.

So, how do we stay sane in an age of climate change and ecological destruction? Hance will discuss various tools to sustain our mental health, while doing what we can to create a better future.
